Total Recall Videos are without doubt the best equestrian video firm I have used. Having had bad experiences in the past with companies taking weeks, and sometimes months for the films to arrive, and then to be disappointed with the terrible quality and clumsy editing, and some fences totally missed altogether, I was reluctant to take the plunge again and spend the money this time. However as the round was of particularly high sentimental value, I decided to try just once more. Everything they promised they delivered and more. The film arrived within the 10 days as stated. The presentation and quality of the film was superb, the editing seemless, and my entire round, every stride, every jump was covered. I was thrilled! I decided to contact them by email that day to order another copy and also ask for it to be uploaded to You Tube for me. This was done the same day, as a very reasonable small additional cost. For once I believe I have received the true value of the money I invested to keep a once in a life time memory forever, thanks to Total Recall Videos.
